Orders
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been processed for dispatch yet, we may be able to help. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
I entered the wrong address—what should I do?
Please contact us immediately. If the order is still pending, we can update the address. If it’s already shipped, changes may not be possible.
Do you offer gift packaging or gift notes?
If gift options are available at checkout, you can add a note there. For special requests, contact us before placing your order.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
If international shipping is enabled for your country at checkout, you can place the order normally. Customs duties/taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
My tracking shows delivered but I didn’t receive it—what now?
Please check with household members/building reception, and verify the delivery address. If it’s still missing, contact us and we’ll help you follow up with the courier.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted based on the conditions stated in our Refund Policy page (unused, unworn, original condition, with tags and packaging).
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, the refund is processed to the original payment method according to store policy and your bank’s processing time.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene or promotional reasons. Please refer to the Refund Policy page for details.
Tip: Keep the original packaging and tags until you’re sure you’ll keep the item.
Sizing & Product Care
How do I choose the correct size?
Use the size chart on the product page (if provided) and compare it to your measurements. If you’re between sizes, consider the fit you prefer (relaxed vs. structured).
How should I care for my items?
Follow the care instructions on the product label. For delicate pieces, we recommend:
- Avoid harsh chemicals and high heat.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Use gentle cleaning methods suitable for the fabric/material.
Will the color look exactly the same in real life?
We do our best to display colors accurately, but screens can vary. Slight differences may occur due to lighting and device settings.
